I was reading a book the other day and one of the chapters was on being positive here are a couple of suggestions


Life is not Fair, But is still good

When in doubt just take the next small step

Life is to short to waste time hating somebody

Your job won't take care of when you are sick You friends and family will "stay in touch"

You don't have to win every arguement Agree to Disagree Miranda

Crying with someone is more healing than crying by yourself

When it comes to chocolate Resistance is Futile Susan

Make peace with your past so it won't screw up your presence

Don't compare your life with others You have no idea what there journey is all about

Take a deep breath it calms the mind Moalee and David

Get rid of anything that is not beautiful or useful

What ever dose not kill you Will make you stronger Travis

When it comes to going after what you want in life Don't take no for an answer Melissa

Over Prepare then go with the flow Stacey

No one is in charge of your happiness Sarah
